Sharing Information with Third Parties

WCVRTF maintains strict privacy policies, ensuring that personal information of our users and members is not sold, rented, released, or traded to others without prior consent or legal obligation. However, we will disclose your information if we are required to do so under applicable law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request, or if we have a good faith belief that doing so is reasonably necessary to enforce applicable privacy policies or terms of use, including investigation of potential violations thereof, to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security, or technical issues, or to protect against imminent harm to the rights, property, or safety of WCVRTF, its users or the public.

Web Data and Cookies

In addition to your personal information, WCVRTF may also collect standard Web server traffic pattern information generated by your use of the Site. General traffic, site usage, and length of stay information may be collected and stored in log files. This type of information is shared externally only on an aggregated basis.

Visitors should be aware that non-personal information and data may be automatically collected on the Site through the use of “cookies.” Cookies are small text files stored as text on a computer hard drive. Web sites can use cookies to recognize repeat visitors, facilitate the visitor’s ongoing access to and use of the site, and allow a site to track usage behavior and compile aggregate data that will allow content improvements. WCVRTF uses cookie technology only to obtain non-personal information from its online visitors in order to improve visitors’ online experience and facilitate their visit within our site.

If a visitor does not want information collected through the use of cookies, there is a simple procedure in most browsers that allows the visitor to deny or accept the cookie feature. You can choose to prevent WCVRTF from establishing a unique user-ID. WCVRTF recommends that you visit any of the commonly available Cookie FAQs on the Internet to learn more about this.
